Antes de comenzar, confirmamos por escrito el alcance, entregables, calendario, precio y forma de pago en una propuesta, acuerdo o factura. La contratación se realiza cuando ambas partes aceptan esas condiciones. Si un acuerdo específico dispone algo distinto, ese acuerdo prevalece para el proyecto correspondiente.
Before work begins, we confirm scope, deliverables, schedule, price, and payment method in writing through a proposal, agreement, or invoice. An engagement begins when both parties accept those terms. If a project-specific agreement says otherwise, it controls that engagement.
Colaboración y entregasClient cooperation and delivery
El cliente debe facilitar información exacta, acceso y aprobaciones necesarios para el trabajo. Los plazos pueden ajustarse si faltan materiales o cambian los requisitos; cualquier cambio de alcance o precio se acuerda por escrito. Entregamos el trabajo por los medios especificados en la propuesta.
The client must provide accurate information, access, and approvals needed for the work. Timelines may change if materials are missing or requirements change; changes to scope or price are agreed in writing. We deliver work through the channels stated in the proposal.
PagosPayments
Los importes y fechas de pago son los de la propuesta, acuerdo o factura aceptados. Los pagos pueden ser procesados por proveedores externos sujetos a sus propias condiciones. No solicitamos números completos de tarjeta por correo. El cliente debe contactarnos si detecta un error de facturación.
Amounts and payment dates are those in the accepted proposal, agreement, or invoice. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms. We do not request full card numbers by email. Clients should contact us about any billing error.
Resultados y uso del trabajoResults and use of work
Ofrecemos recomendaciones profesionales basadas en la información disponible. Las decisiones comerciales y su implementación corresponden al cliente; no garantizamos ventas, ingresos ni resultados financieros concretos.
